Output: Security practitioners producing KP Site Security Protocols that reduce the risk of successful attacks such as sabotage or terrorism with the aim of mitigating the risk to key-point capabilities.

Description: Introduces students to the principles and application of protective-security measures for port facilities, control of access, ship and container inspections.

Course Length: 7 days

Output: Security practitioners able to develop and maintain security measures and implement effective search mechanisms in concert with customs and border control officers.

Ship Security Officers Course

Ship Security Officers Course

Description: Introduces students to the principles and application of protective-security measures for seagoing craft.

Course Length: 5 days

Output: Security practitioners able to apply an accredited methodology following the International Ship and Port Facility Security standard (IPSP) to protect maritime assets from attack or compromise and able to react with a suite of measures to potential threats to the craft.
